Pi-TaP, in partnership with Salesforce, presents a 12 week Field Service lightning course beginning fall 2020. Here is a brief description:
Have you ever wondered how companies effectively manage their mobile workforce? They use a field service management system. With the growing number of mobile workforce and contractors across industries from public utilities, delivery services to retail and financial services, they increasingly need to coordinate their field-level operations to be able to schedule services, dispatch workers and equipment as well as track product and inventory. FSL allows businesses to tailor the deployment of limited resources including employee time, equipment and inventory to meet the unique needs of their business.
Deadline to apply is Monday, August 17 by 5pm ET.

This course bulbs upon knowledge learned in preparing for and completing the Admin 201 exam as well as critical features from Service Cloud such as Service Console, Knowledge Management and Case Management, among others.

Final payment is due upon acceptance into the cohort. Final payment due date is August 31, less any scholarship the participants earned.
The fee is refundable, minus $300 administrative fell, until after the 2nd class.
